By placing an order with EpicMinds Media Ltd, you agree to the following terms.

Our Products

All books are printed on demand by Bookvault. We reserve the right to update product descriptions and pricing without notice. Images are representative and may vary slightly from the finished product.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website (default: GBP £). Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. Your card is charged when your order is placed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To return a book, contact us at hello@epicmindsmedia.com within 30 days of delivery. Books must be returned in original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
